This training teaches how to properly use and dispose of gloves to keep yourself safe in a first aid emergency. This course teaches how to handle situations such as bleeding, choking, allergic reactions, breathing difficulty, bloodborne pathogens and more. This course will briefly cover some CPR skills.

This highly recommended training is for those looking for information on how to respond to an emergency situation. This training will teach you how to become an effective bystander and how you can be valuable in a stressful and scary emergency situation. It will also teach how to recognize a person in distress and how to intervene before it become a life-threatening situation. This includes all of the information from both the CPR and First aid courses.
